      When your October isn’t filled with a World Series run you might as well settle in and find a new home to watch the games. 29 Valentines Lane, in Old Brookville was Originally listed at $5.7 million in September 2021, its price reduced to $5.4 million in June of 2022. Scherzer went into contract in October of 2022 for $5,000,000 and closed just before New Years.

      Built in 1950 and remodeled in 2019 the property has 5 Bedrooms, 5.5 baths, attached heated 3 car garage, salt water pool, jacuzzi, state of the art pool house with kitchen and changing room. The home sits on 3.8 acres. Taxes around $42k a year and has oil for heating!The pitcher shelled out $9.75 million in June 2020 for a five-bedroom, eight-and-a-half-bathroom estate in Jupiter — not far from where the Mets train during the spring and long before he would ever predict it would be his new team.

      Scherzer also recently purchased a home in Jupiter, Florida for $9.75 million in June 2020, close to the Mets spring training camp.

      Max Scherzer signed onto the Mets in 2022 with a whopping 3 year, $130 millon dollar contract, making him the highest average annual value contract ever signed at $43 million per year. Scherzer, won his first Word Series in 2019 with the Washington Nationals.
