As the menu has changed so is the rest of the famed LV restaurant. Over the summer longtime owner Marcel Kilbertus retired after 45 years giving way to new management. The new owners wasted no time and have changed the interior and exterior with upgrades including the chimey. While the food has seen some mixed reviews, the renovations of the Locust Valley staple will endure for many more years to come.
